A specific agreement for each process
Operations require an explicit agreement with a fee and start date. These three points are defined before activation.

Processes, volume, tools, reviews and included hours. Provider licences and usage costs are detailed separately.
Support
Contact channel, business hours and initial response time. Resolution depends on the incident and the providers involved.
Changes
New development and scope changes are quoted before delivery. Cancellation and notice terms are set out in the agreement.
The fee covers the agreed services. Implementation commitments and included defect corrections retain their own terms.
Checks built into the process.
We agree with the owner how work is checked and how exceptions are handled.
Insufficient information
Ambiguous cases and insufficient sources are flagged for review under the agreed procedure.
