The challenge
García Baquero is a family business with a long history in La Mancha. It wanted AI to help its people with their everyday work, not another trial that ends up in a drawer. And it wanted to do it without putting its data at risk, in compliance with the GDPR and the EU AI Act.
What we did

Review before touching anything.
We analysed the technology environment and the AI uses already happening without control. From there, we prepared a risk plan under the GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Train the people who will use it.
The Administration managers learned to use AI in the tools they already had, to automate tasks and organise their work better.

A solution for Quality.
Together with the Quality team, we designed and implemented an AI solution that is now in operation. One person in the department became the go-to contact for questions and improvements.

Rules and direction.
We set up the company's AI Governance Committee and delivered a roadmap for the following 12 months.
The result
